Where do we deliver?

We deliver to (almost) every country in the world. For a complete list of countries and prices, please consult your basket after adding the product of your choice.

Prices depend on the country of delivery, as well as the quantity and weight of your order.

We apply a standard rate for all orders to Europe.

How are products delivered?

Orders are generally dispatched within 4 to 5 working days. Delivery is handled by the post office and delivered directly to the delivery address you gave when you placed your order. Delivery is usually made within a few days of dispatch. We guarantee delivery within one month of the dispatch date. In certain cases, we may have to use another equivalent delivery company. If your letterbox is not large enough, the letter carrier may leave a note inviting you to collect your order at the nearest post office.


An estimated delivery time is indicated on the payment page. This is an estimate based on the last 14 days. It is not guaranteed and is subject to change.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the product is not collected in time by the customer, only 30% of the order amount will be refunded to cover delivery and restocking costs.
