General terms and conditions of use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our online store.

Estimated delivery time

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the payment page. This estimate is based on the average delivery time of the last 14 days. However, please note that this estimate is not guaranteed and is subject to change.

We will do our best to deliver your order within the estimated time.

Delivery failure and refund

In the event of a delivery failure due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the customer does not collect the product in time, only 30% of the order amount will be refunded.

This amount is intended to cover our delivery and restocking costs.

Returns

If an item is faulty or does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund.

If the last day of the fourteen (14) day period falls on a Sunday or public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day.

 

Return conditions

To qualify for a return, the customer must ensure that the item is new or unused, complete with all accessories, instructions and documentation, in its original packaging and undamaged.

In particular, you must keep the item in its original cellophane packaging and provide the corresponding invoice.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact us via the contact form on our website.

Compliance with the law

By using our e-commerce store, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, those relating to intellectual property rights, the sale and shipment of products and consumer protection.

Limitation of liability

 

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information and products available in our online store.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website or any products purchased through it.

Modification of terms and conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

By continuing to use our online store after any modification, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
